As company growth wise is good for employees apart from finance department. one drawback is no bonus to all employees. Best part is activities and work anniversary gifts we do get every year.

Lack of Support When Advocating for Team Needs in finance department.Manager Fails to Stand Up for Team Rights in Front of CFO. Manager Prioritizes Personal Gain Over Employee Well-being in terms of Bonus or increment . Employees Experience Harassment/frustrated because of repeated follow up in every 5 Mins and Lack of Support from Manager. Less Emphasis on Employee Productivity and More on Personal Behavior Monitoring (eg: who sits more in cafeteria who's more on mobile who are not in seat). High turnover (attrition) in finance department as compare to other Hr, operation, IT team. No one is happy with her expect 1-2 employe in finance department but no one will dare to give feedback cos of negative impact even I dint dare to give feedback cos I was told not to do as they can hold my relieving letter or FNF or won't spare me at the time of notice period. No HR dare to enquire about the no of turnover(attrition )of employees in this 3-4 years in finance department. Japan culture is thought in huddles but Manager/CFO doesn't follow the same. Even if the manager she takes the feedback from employees but it doesn't help the employees as it turns to be negative impact on employees. Manager engages in gossip and disparages CFO behind his back, Claiming 'We are Not a Robot.' same time manager will go and give false feedback about employees to CFO. Manager can do changes in P&l file and change figures and share to other team 2-3 times but employees can't do any changes for that we will have to listen 1hr lecture for everything we are given orders also all these points are used at the time of increment/ratings discussion against employees. She will not leave her 1000 voucher but she will ask employees not to discuss about bonus or additional increment. She thinks all the company knows her but she doesn't have idea by what name or what feedback people have for her. Manager doesn't have leadership integrity, quality etc etc.... CFO only goes with what managers feeds feedback about employees. CFO doesn't value TG employees he thinks we are just a lower ground employees who works like a donkey/ data entry people this is what value he has for us.

Its a great place to work certified company. Its one of my best work place so far in my careerier. Already spent 5yrs and more counting.... wonderfull enviroment with excillent support and growth.

Having opportunity to meet all corporate team

Dislikes

Multiple KPI's... Business partners are interested to drive only 1 or 2 KPI's only You get pressure to activate and drive all KPI's as per company norms.. which is not possible at all times.
