No disturbance on weekends at least. And planned leave without questions

Problem in taking uncertain leave. Less compensation Takes advantage of a laid off employee False commitments and denials after that.

No control of Indian Management, India Head and HR VP doesn't take any action. They are like personal assistant of senior management. Worried about their job due to very high salaries as per market norms.

Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.
