Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Dislikes

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.

One of the worst Decision i have ever had in my life, they believe in ruining your technical career with all means. It's so sad and obvious to see Fake Reviews by HR's

...and delaying appraisals, fake HR policies, Only Technical Debt and support work. half day salary for delays.

Sad to see Hr busy writing fake reviews instead of doing their actual job.

Bad culture with frequently hire and fire, company have no stability and pay cuts. Sort review with low rating, to know real side of this company.

Bruhh.. done really bad job hiding honest reviews. You can't escape your wrong doing. Start making things right instead of adding reviews.

Toxic company culture, don't even consider with having better compensation.. Peers in IT Admin are the only one where you can have actual human connection.

Constant fear of fire, they believe in hire and fire. No appraisal and leaves approval. Toxic managers and HRs. Long working works. No remote facilities.
