Problem in taking uncertain leave. Less compensation Takes advantage of a laid off employee False commitments and denials after that.

Nothing much to like. It WAS a good company but now its turning into an MNC with micromanagement at its peak.

Less pay. They recently merged UI and backend into one. All the EMs were from Backend so no scope for UI is left. They won't be promoted and the appraisal is peanuts.

Hire & Fire culture, undeclared pay cuts, Work from Office and long working hours, After joining them i got respect for daily hour labours, atleast they get paid... We all work for long ours with no extra pay. Say bye to work life balance, toxic managers, too much of office politics in india office. no time flexibility, they threaten to fire you if you don't reach office at 8:00AM sharp.
