Except work life balance, There is nothing to like the company. They have got the FAANG customer since ages, it is there bread n butter. Only 3 people in India are important since they are present for long time. They are nice people.

Dislikes

The most useless company, I have ever came across. Tightly controlled from US management. They only talk but no vision to evolve. Except GMC, The mid-level managers are junk. They want to hire BEST people in cheap. The funny thing is for all the levels (Jr to Sr) they have same budget. No Growth, they can fire anytime with the reason that you are not motivated. They give you RSU worth 2-3 lakhs over 4 yrs. Their stock is a penny stock, it is of no use.
