Pay will be damn worst. If your are joining ask as much as you can later don't worry

Can't talk about whole organisation. But my team and the senior level all are very humble and approachable. Environment within the team and collaboration is also good. WLB is very great.

...and sometimes even after 3 4 hours of meeting SOW is not confirmed COMPLETELY. Appraisal and salary is on little bit lower side of the market standards no stock benifits. They don't celebrate festivals won't celebrate holi or diwali which BOEING US employees do atleast diwali BOEING US celebrate in the office. Here they celebrate Christmas which is good but avoiding out major festivals is not a nice gesture as US folks are also celebrating it.

Work life balance, Job security except this pandemic time. Compensation is okay but can be improved Average Bonus/hike was given even during this pandemic.

Less opportunity to grow, No skill development and no new learning Old technology which is okay for big firm like Boeing but sometimes it annoys people

For most people, work is stuff like updating Excel sheets. Few people are targeted and they soon leave There is a reason that Boeing is facing all the problems currently.

Pay, discrimination, extremely top-friendly i.e. managers mean more to the company than engineers.

Salary structure, Other incentives if you working from campus, Cross skill (applicable only for mechanical and electronics departments)

Dislikes

No work life balance ( be ready to work for 12-14 hours), Too much dependencies on US teams, No job security if you are going join (software unit)
