To be honest in operation department no senior's are supported. They treat like we are dihadi majdoor if u have skills and u think senior's support you its totally foolish no one support you and if you want to Work from home in critical situations then senior's don't give anyone ( in operation department) work from home. From my side company is good but seniors in operation department is so baklol ( not skilled and not supporting) 😬
