Salary credited on time. Employee and family benefits are very good. Work and life balance is properly maintained.

Dislikes

Culture is very poor here. If company wants to take decision on you company doesn't take any feedback from employees. Mostly Higher authorities behave very rudely and even they are not ready to talk with employees who worked under them.

Nothing to liked , expectations is of 24/7 hours working employee in a salary of 1 employee

Micromanagement Call center approach,that some should be always on floor Unrealistic deadlines (decided by a Non Technical person) Always gives Ad-hoc tasks which results in chaos Long Working hours

...vide credit card for savings of Rs 50,000.You can also do it in the open market.There is no delay in receiving salary.

BOB financial work is good. But there is no promotion or career. There is no salary increment. Even We do not have a pre-approved list through which we can make calls.Even after submitting proper income proof documents the limit is very low

...lled people who occupies senior positions who is working in bob for 15 20 years. I seen lot of people got their salary cut and force you to leave the job by giving unprofessional pressure from senior positions. Not a good place for learning. Ok for people who just need a job without expecting career growth.

Off role job.. Not having job security. From outsource getting salary.. All depends with reporting manager only. There is no transparent in incentives and hike and all.. What they decides that will be the final.
