There is no company policies. Working culture is not good.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent and not paying on time. There is a attitude issue with employees. There is no facility provide by company. Basic Facility also does not provide by company. There is a lot of negativity with employees attitude. Finance person use bad words and shout unnecessarily during the meeting with lady employees and there is always an argument for ladies washroom. Such a dirty and no basic things are available e.g handwash, tissue paper.

Only Team mates were good, Rest all was bad No Training, No Growth, No Salary for months - still 2 months pending, No appraisal, No travel allowance, No Work life balance

Dislikes

No Career Growth, No Salary - 2 months pending salary for the past 1 year - still they say we will give you next week If you ask Pending Salary on Monday or Tuesday - they will say Friday we will pay you and if you ask on Friday they will say next Monday we will pay you or max by Tuesday. No Appraisal, Travel claims will never come, Filled with nasty politics, Work Environment - Air Con will be switched off in working hours to save electricity Once you are in office for the days work - you will never know when you will go back home - work pressure is very high but with out any benefits coming towards employees

The mumbai branch people are pathetic, specially The branch head & manager.. Ek hi thali ki chatte batte hain..!! Aata na jata, chunav chinha chata..!!
