Hr is doesn't contact directly to employees, instead they take feedback from managers and also if employee discuss anything with hr they communicate everything to their reporting manager and do not take any action on employees query

No standard HR policies. HR has zero say and are not firm on their policies. *ZERO RESPECT* No worth ethics respected.

One of the best things which I have felt is that the firm has a great working culture if you play your cards right. The most easy going organisation I have worked for.

There is a lot of management change frequently since recently. This affects the overall coordination and efficiency of the team.

It’s all politics. The owners don’t care, all that shark tank personality is fake. When your own employee starts to get dragged in drama and politics done by young people in higher positions- they don’t care. Too young people are handling very serious positions and they are incompetent. They don’t wanna grow - they just wanna stick to the organisation so they can earn money. To be here, they drag the good talent of the company through dirt. Mentally exhausting. People are resigning at a great speed.
