Hr is doesn't contact directly to employees, instead they take feedback from managers and also if employee discuss anything with hr they communicate everything to their reporting manager and do not take any action on employees query

Office Politics. Lack of Hierarchical Structure. Feedback can expect from anyone regardless your expertise. Competitive environment among Designers. Favouritism and Biasness

If you are a part of marketing team then only you'll be able to breathe in office.

No standard HR policies. HR has zero say and are not firm on their policies. *ZERO RESPECT* No worth ethics respected.

There is a lot of management change frequently since recently. This affects the overall coordination and efficiency of the team.

You cant leave this company without hassle Management takes subordinates for granted and no 2 way communication Low skilled manager may destroy your career here. No worth to work here. Everything is fake here which looks great from outside
