Hr is doesn't contact directly to employees, instead they take feedback from managers and also if employee discuss anything with hr they communicate everything to their reporting manager and do not take any action on employees query

I really enjoyed creative freedom in boAt.

Office Politics. Lack of Hierarchical Structure. Feedback can expect from anyone regardless your expertise. Competitive environment among Designers. Favouritism and Biasness

If you are a part of marketing team then only you'll be able to breathe in office.

No standard HR policies. HR has zero say and are not firm on their policies. *ZERO RESPECT* No worth ethics respected.

One of the best things which I have felt is that the firm has a great working culture if you play your cards right. The most easy going organisation I have worked for.

There is a lot of management change frequently since recently. This affects the overall coordination and efficiency of the team.

There is nothing to like since last year when few top level management people were hired.

You will not get the hike here No hierarchy Performances are not acknowledged No hr management Once you are in. You cant leave this company without hassle Management takes subordinates for granted and no 2 way communication Low skilled manager may destroy your career here. No worth to work here. Everything is fake here which looks great from outside
