Job culture is good. It helps in overall development of your personality. You get a lot of opportunities to enroll for activities on the floor. Lead for different projects.

Dislikes

Poor salary. Like other MNC bank. Minimal increments and bonus. Low exposures. Since it's a big bank, everybody know their part of work. You can't get 100% for your work.

1. Transportation facility is good - home pick up & drop. 2. Employee-friendly company and concern on female employees. 3. Work life balance - depends on the team.

The only likes about Bnp paribas GSO is job security

Dislikes

Slow growth, less pay as compared to peer competitors in market, less innovations. Also fyi this is about GSO. ISPL is way better than GSO in all terms.

Excellent place to learn and grow without expecting any compensation or much hike% annually. The reason why I quit was the hike and bonus on the year end was very low and dissapointing.

Dislikes

They don't care about employees health and personal life, 12-15 hours of work and no big hike even if you perform more that what they expect. I was given good rating on 2020 but my hike was 7% and bonus was even worse.
