I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Reputed bank, follows good practice. Salary they offer is not at par. But you get decent hike 8-9 % every year.

Even after promotion salary bracket doesn't change. Also, salary structure is not good to save the tax

Work culture and environment is fine. Management are supportive and transparent. Hike and bonus every year is decent.

Dislikes

...s / tasks / major decision making. No value / recognition of work by Managers. Disparity in designations and salary (it is not based on experience and knowledge) No proper team structure. HR team is very negligent. No value for qualifications / degrees.
