No IT or job training direct project and pressure like anything. They did Not consider employees as human beings. Money oriented.

...gacy applications and they are 10 to 15 years back compared to other peer banks. Very very low compensation for long timers and no market correction program. Almost zero perks except Hungerford Highly not suitable for freshers and mid senior level in terms of growth opportunities. Political game to the core at higher management and senior management level Many associates are sitting without a single promotion though performed well for the past 8 to 9 years
