I will suggest never join off roll or service contract , if you are working in everage company because never promoting you and yearly appraisal is below everage. Also big gap between On roll and Off roll employees for salaries benefits

There’s precisely NOTHING good about this company. You’ll simply get the promotion if you’ll become the PET of your manager and back bite about your colleagues. All you need to do is make noise for the little work you’re doing. Most of all, you’ll get the promotion if you’ll throw your responsibilities on others.

Save yourself from the harassment towards your mental health and a toxic work environment, DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS THIRD-CLASS COMPANY.

Pathetic work culture, office politics, no job security, management not at all supportive, COO i.e. Mr Prashant Kapur is extremely arrogant and due to his style of working most of the employees in the Operations department have left the job.
