Many things to share.. 1. Name sake 7th pay commission implementation but getting less than 6th pay. 2. Horrible controller of examination for silly mistakes he is recommending to collect 5000 to 10000 rupees fine. 3. Very poor R and D Dean in giving honorium for papers published. Totally biased 4. Irregular distribution of workload, HoD never bothers about that. He is just data collection authority. Principal is a dictator. 5. Please don't join and spoil your career in teaching. I have 12 years of experience in teaching with Ph.D (Post Ph.D 3yrs) but I am getting only 74000. If I ask more salary higher ups will say sorry you can leave the job. Don't compare BMSCE and BMSIT. Lastly it is good for only who are looking as secondary income.
