Newly commissioned plant, co-ordination with internal department and support from superiors was good.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Salary hike, even though promised at the time of interview. Transportation and food speciality was worrest.canteen speciality was not there.

Company is very good but there is not growth for the employees. There is no scope for the work. There is not scope for achievements. for old employees can get less salary comparative to new joins. Salary is very less for experience and knowledge.
