I like the management and my seniors they are very reasonable and friendly with junior like me,also company is good for learning and gaining experience for freshers,the job security is well once you serve for the company they didn't loose you, company policies are very helpful for employees

Dislikes

On my joining first day I didn't like the company due to some dust pollution ,but after doing I realise how much we control the pollution, that's on upto pollution norms .....

My work in Bmm Ispat control room operator... while doing my job so much learnt from seniors and management,like engineering skills, handling manpower at workspace communicate with different location operator's is need in emergency situations is big task

Good work environment and culture. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.They don't know how to give works for employees. Dusty area and salary hikes are also not in proper.

Salary hike, even though promised at the time of interview. Transportation and food speciality was worrest.canteen speciality was not there.
