...of the administration department is to the mark and experience does matter here. The compensation and benefits point northwards. The politics and games played will put the national parties to shame. The environment is excellent and the work culture here is friendly.

Dislikes

If you take an initiative of reform there will be no body to support you. Good work is appreciated but if you excel in work in comparison to the competitors, you are hated.

It pays good but there is no job security and senior management is not willing to review appropriately.

Dislikes

The senior management has imposed corporate culture at large which means non academic people are doing review of academic people. Teachers/Researchers are not considered asset here. The organization/institution is eclipsed by non academic parasites who have managed to curve the top management to their side. There is no job security and HR team never addresses this issue. In my work span of 2 years 90% of the cream faculty members left or moved out. However. they pay good but they consider you as a slave. Choice is yours! I will never recommend this institution if you are looking for a longtime career.

Tremendous great people, great support, lots of new things to learn that will never perform in any other universities. A very good place for career making.

Dislikes

The only thing that suffers me most is there HR policy. If someone assigned for some extraordinary duties for permanent time, he must be paid accordingly. And for that if you made a promise then be loyal to that promise.

Well educated and experienced faculty members

HR is extremely rude, they talk as if we are janitors in front of them, they hardly speak affable and have no phone manners or politeness. you never get the right information, high management people are not approachable, biased towards people known

Likes

Teammates and management are supportive. Appraisals are there on timely basis.

Dislikes

Some management personnel and students are not supportive to our work. Training and happy get togetherness are not provided. Students used to disturb a lot because of them our work was badly hampered.
