This is technical textile company so we can learn lots of things from there.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issued. Salary will not be decent and carrer growth slow. There is no any responsibility for individual person. They hired the candidate from prestigious institute but they don't know how to keep in that environment and how to support in training period.

Dislikes

Only those people who are close to the management are given good promotions and increments. Poor increaments and Poor facilities. You may be called to the office at any time even weekly off.

Not knowledgeable HODs, management is very poor, HR head is also not experienced but still he is HR head, no salary growth and most importantly we can't even imagine to set future here

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
