...afeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is s lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

BMC is a really good company to work with some great facilities and good infrastructure in office premises. Plus they offer various add on facilities apart from your CTC.

Dislikes

Due to recent news of a split between BMc and Helix, they are focusing on cost cutting and future is quite unpredictable here as Helix may be acquired by some other organisation which can be good/bad.

... is good company but if you are in BMC SAAS department then you are in nuisance. Management think that just moving people here and there and firing them from JOB is their work and getting salary for it. New joiners are getting frustrated here within 3-4 months.

Work Culture, team work, They have the best managers you will ever get. emphasis on career development and new skills.

BMC needs to match the salary of current employees as to what we are getting in the Market. that is the only drawback I see

...srael, try to deny or stay away from that project. Lot of history of biasedness. Indian employess don't get good hikes, and sometime no hike at all. Very conviniently he/she will deny your hike and distribute to other Israel employees. Won't recomment project from Israel at all.
