Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Likes

Good working environment but no increament no appraisal and they have no slide projector in classroom they don't use update technology in classes and there is no proper drinking facility in academic block

Very bad experience...

Dislikes

Everything...not only administrative but also hostel facilities...lack of expericed teachers...they keep 30 students in a room and room's environment is very unhealthy...water supply is not sufficient...and the worst part is the transport system.. students have to go to clinicals by standing in the bus every day...no facilities of night pass and outing...bad quality of food
