The work pressure is very high. Some times I have to work till 12 O clock. They won't give salary as per our work and fresher salary is also very less. And we won't have more leaves per annum.

There is a lot many things to like in this company 5 days work from office They will promote those employees who are excellent in politics, other employees have to wait till their death bed Skill development will depend on the managers mood An employee can be fired anytime so that they can leverage their lifestyle The company’s work culture will increase your faith in god as once an employee completes the day in office they will thank god for them to see another day and not getting fired

Dislikes

Any employee can write an essay on dislikes The c suite people only don’t know how to run the business The higher Managment is living on stakeholders money And to increase lavishness in their life they are firing the employees No work life balance A company who are developing their business pillars on hiring interns and freshers and firing experienced employees

Likes

Learning facilities are good with encouraging management. Lot of initiatives will be taken by the organization in collaborating with other team members to achieve the desired goals.

Dislikes

Nothing much, some policies are not employee friendly. If they change it, then it will be good.

Likes

The work environment is really good and management values your inputs in the development of the company. Overall experience working with BluSapphire is really great.
