My Company has nice work culture an allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.They have taken all proactive measures like travel restrictions, cancellation of events,safe working environments and processes which helped to minimize the impact. They have also advised employees to work from home until the situation is back to normal.

Dislikes

As I have positive attitude, i always see the positive side in and around me. Till date i have not faced any situation to dislike my work place.

Likes

CEO, COO and CMO are good. They extend their support up to any level. Health insurance worth 3Lakh will be given.

Dislikes

CEO becomes rude sometimes and shout on the employee like hell. He will ask you to leave the job and also question your capability. No proper HR. No work ethics. No discipline. Two Saturdays in a month need to work Very boring atmosphere. Payscale is very very low
