1. This is a fraud company. 2. They don't pay salary on time. 3. They don't pay increments for 3-4 years. 4. They pay increments of only 3-4% 5. They don't pay promised bonus at all. 6. It functions like a whimsical company with dictatorial authority. 7. There is no training. 8. No professionalism. 9. No original software. 10. Possible siphoning of profit.

Only for HO staff: Company is Run by some Senior Employees. Management is not focusing on the actual issue they just Listen to the Senior Staff and Always take wrong decisions. Fail Strategies. Lots of Politics. Senior persons can do anything to let you down and safe their place.
