Likes

As an engineer, you get a lot of challenging stuff to do all the time. The work you do is very visible and you will find co workers/directors that you can really learn from. Culture is a really nice balance between work load and out of work life. You do get long running meetings and debugging sessions if it’s a critical issue. But other than that, it’s very accommodating. Management actively listens to the feedback.
