Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...cument like offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter nor payslips. They demotivate you after 3 months just because they dont want to give you hike and make you work on low pay for entire year. They don’t sanction well planned holidays as well, holidays are cancelled at last minute. Only 3rd Saturday off. No overtime, you are made to work for 12+ hours daily. You are forced to give parties from renowned and branded restaurants every month. More than work, you will have philosophy lectures by management.
