Working in various workplaces employees 5 to 20000 companies I knew what i don't want in an organization, people thrive when are in an embodiment which values their time and helps an individual grow regardless of their past incapacity. Another day another chance to create, using the resources and human interaction to solve a problem, another step to building home for future. 6 hours of productive output requires human machine to function at its best. So training the mind is a full time job. So people have termed it as entrepreneurship but barter system for commodity exchange and ecosystem follow the same laws. Some found it sitting under the tree terming it as gravity some wasting million bulbs to find the right one. I am doing my bit you do yours. There is no job security here.
