It's very small scale company. And in 2008,initial package was 4,000 for diploma and degree guys. For BTech and MCA guys it will be 5000 initially. And one and half years bond for freshers and Hike will be after 9 months.

The office culture and people are really good. They help you and support you.

The company lacks adequate support for new employees and freshers. They offer a low salary but expect us to consistently meet all targets.

... in anyone. There is nothing good to like here. The Munirka branch is also good. And the East of Kailash branch is The employees are very ridiculous : Liars bring policies by telling lies and pay them against the policy. 😑😑I really hate those people 😡Not good for girls because seniors don't respect assistants, shout at them like their property😡😡

Is it not joking that if our Branch manager gets 9000 per month salary. If any employee resigns , this company dont give him releaving letter or experience letter. Worst place . Didn't give my 85000 of incentive.

...n much more to company in 3 years. I was topper Rest of maharashtra in JFM 2017. But due to politics company disnt given me foreign tour, also due to worst policy i returned my all incentive as well as i worked as Branch manager for 6 months and did very good business in new branch but Bluechip didnt given me single rupee as incentive, and gave only 9k as a salary , aslo didnt gave any allownce.

You will get good knowledge regarding insurance, mutual funds and fix deposit. Company culture is ok but you can't expect good salary and promotions. If you are good in sales then you will get good amount of incentive.

Low salary and promotions. Lots of pressure for insurance sales.
