No training Caste politics Salary is stopped fpr mistakes Managers are corrupt Sunil dela and ramesh sukhwani give monthly targets for their share cut to anoop ,santu and pavan this is the kind of corruption inside the company. Physically and sxuly assaulting female nigerian employes in lure of giving job is common for sunil dela he has not even spared his household help for that. Sunil and ramesh goes for nunu massage in afternoon by saying going out for marketing. No water and electricity in house so you have to live in africa heat wothout electricity and shower for 7 days at least. Work is 24*7. Please dont join this company no medical also many of young boys have died since they couldnt provide better treatment and hold your passport until you deposit 3 months salary you cannot leave. They do all illegal business including hawala so any moment their can be a case and ylu will be made bali ka bakra.I gave my 3 years here and didnt get anything be vareful while joining west africa especially nigeria

Politics Unnecessary discussion for micro management Uneducated top managers No proper accomodation and food You have to wash clotges of your manager too. Pls dont join in nigeria or west africa especially where sunil dela , ramesh sukhwani are their they will make you life miserable if you dont bring them money from under the table or conflict their interest.
