Office politics so worst, favoritism, nepotism and only 2 person doing all thing, MD is dont care about hardworking employees, employees retention policy is worst. Freedom of speech 0 and no one see your hardwork and no overtime, employees exploitation full on.

...to work here. Employees are just treated like servants. No fixed leave policies. You are supposed to work even in festivals without any compensation.

This organisation is full of Nepotism. They don't want you to grow or switch to another related organisation. Worst part is after resigning from here they harras you and threaten that they will take legal actions against you. It's better to stay jobless than to work for such organisation. There is no independent HR department here so you can not raise your voice. Only 3-4 people at top position runs everything like there's a monopoly here. Just to say the shift duration in 9 hours but employees are forced to work for 12 hours.
