Worst company I see in my career. The biggest worst thing here is the owner and his cheapest mindset . They haven't had 5 employees in their company in 15 years and they called themselves MNC ( lol ) . The working mindset is as good as growing a grocery shop . I see politics in other companies between employees but here the owner Mr Gourav singhal does himself. He directly told the employee to learn the technologies which are necessary to the company not the growth of the employee. in short there is no career growth and All linkedin followers and employees are fake . After seeing this I'm sure the great owner of this worst company mr Gourav Singhal ask for employee id . But mr Gourav are you serious in your company you have Employee ID's 😂😂 . and you told everyone that your competitors write fake reviews. are you serious you are in any compitition . 🖕😂🖕

I am a UI UX designer & I have wasted my time by coming to this company because they neither have any work and nor they know management. They lie to the employees that they have a lot of work. All I want to say is that those who have read my review should never join this company because they know how to play with the future others.

Growth is slow in the beginning. Small orgainisation with less employees. But for beginners it is good as they will learn all aspects of work.

The work atmosphere is good to focus on your job as well as learn several things from your colleagues.I got incentives for my performance and even the policies of this company are very comfortable for any employee working here.

Blue digital is the best digital marketing company in India.Here I get to interact with various levels, the system is very transparent.So any employee of any band or position can directly engage any level of management.The work life is good.
