The management fulfils its commitment of giving a raise if you meet the sky-high expectations, but also deducts the salary if you don't meet up. In short, it makes up for whatever increment it gives by deducting salary. Profit-making is the sole aim of the organisation. Employee benefits do not feature in its list of goals.

Dislikes

It is a one-man management start-up that follows a Hitler-style of leadership that threatens to fire its employees every day in the name of motivating them to do well. It thus creates a toxic work environment, and favours favouritism, and encourages dirty politics among its employees to keep them divided. Hence, very rarely do people leave on good terms here, they are either fired or quit in frustration within days of joining. So, think 100 times before joining this company.

The company is run by a guy who loves to talk talk talk, and build fabulous castles in the sky with his words. As long as you are a sycophant or his "yes-man/woman" then everything is right as rain, but the moment you start raising questions you'll be accused of slacking off as a result of some repressed psychological problem that you were not even aware of, and pretty soon you're given the boot.
