Dear sir My transfer was done without asking me and I asked to HR Dm and Hr sir to stop my transfer many times but I was not listened to, so I got angry like this giving a week's notice and put the resign while i didn't want to do this because I just wanted to get my transfer attention to them but they approved my resign on next day without talking to me even once, while I told them at the same time that I want to do this job now but I was postponed saying that That is not the case right now, I was worked in Kala Afghana Seva Kendra in Gurdaspur earlier for 2 years but later I was transferred without asking me but now I am jobless.Sir There was a big reason for not getting transferred to my Kalanaur sewa Kendra but I was not listened to. I request that my point be taken care of.

its good do work with this company having great time and experience in this tow year but due to no progress in salary think about to looking forward for some other opportunities

...ctural composition here, which makes it more streamlined to manage the process . Additionally the pay grade is good. The learning scope is also fine.

I would like to given more decision making control over my team. Sometimes, even trivial aspects need approval from the upper management.
