I strongly advise not to join this company.My experience there was very disappointing worst management and lack of job security. I faced threats of termination during my time as the management, particularly a dumb manager used intimidation tactics making it clear that the job security was non existent. They fired me in 7 days, without serving my notice period

Absolutely nothing they don’t have any corporate culture and it’s a toxic environment to work in …. Have filed a case of harassment on CHRO Gautam Aggarwal but no action has been taken on him by chairman and did false fir on me and I have filed a case against Gautam in the patiala house courts for justice to be met.,,, if he can do this to a person in management that’s me then how would he treat other employees . Disgusting person .

Everything Except my cabin and team those were great. I build this brand from scratch no one knew about them 2 years back and today they know so my work speaks for me .

Bls international ltd is completely unstable and unprofessional company. Company owner and department HOD are unprofessional and unethical. HOD play political games and make work culture very toxic. There is no job security, you will be fore without any reason. IT & HR department one of the worst department in BLS. HOD saving their jobs by hiring & firing mode. Do not believe on positive rating they paid for positive review and rating. Take feedback of ex employees on LinkedIn no one give positive feedback. Join on your risk. No work culture, no job security and toxic work environment.
