Only salary. Salary is on 1st of every month. I have heard from old tenure colleagues that they haven't received any incentive from last one year even after closing residential deals.

Dislikes

1) abusive environment depend upon site to site 2) I am sharing experiences of mandate department. 2)site manager abuses you and people leave every 2 to 3 months. 3) even if you are right your senior will abuse you and then if you stand for your self then you will loose your job. 4) Actually i personally found that it's not a mistake of managers but it's mistake of to form a business strategy. They keep hiring sourcing manager around 30 to 40 and then starts pushing pressure from 2nd week and if you fail to deliver results within few days then you will start getting threatening orders for loosing the job. 5) i will appeal to candidate that think 1000 times before joining this company. 6) till now within 4 months - 15 employees have left the organisation. 7) if any one wants to go for vacation for casual 2 to 4 moths or wants to apply for this job. 8) unrealistic travel daily.

Work life balance. Job security because nobody works. And nobody gets fired. Because nobody new joins them ha ha ha

Dislikes

Always delayed salary. No incentive at all. Management is arrogant. HR head is the core of all office politics. Nobody cares to develop skills and promote. Just work and go home. Heads of Western and Central in Sales were gems, but company screwed them also. Management comes to office after 4pm and expects everyone to reach at 10am. No encouragement. Only finding faults.

...ry, pls don't trust on 5star rating . Company has asked to employees to do this. They think employees are not human, No salary, no work life balance, no week off , no pf ,no incentives. Will make you fool only

Work from near by site of your home

No job securities and salary not on time. FNF received after 14 month. And they will make you feel down for not getting your salary. They don't even pay for traveling

every thing...worst work culture,no appraisal,no leaves,unsupportive bosses,racism,taunting on salary each and every thing,that man rupesh shinde he is horrible man he thinks he is a ceo of company, he always abuses
