The CEO pocketed employees' variable pay, failed to deposit tax deducted from the salary, and didn't pay out food coupons after deducting it from the monthly salary. After resigning, I didn't receive my final settlement, and vendors are struggling to get paid. The CEO is incompetent. I had to let go of a 3.5-year variable, which is like 30% of my annual CTC and it was supposed to be paid Quarterly. FNF isn't settled and is overdue for a year.

->salaries are not on time. they have not provided salary since last 4 month(may-aug) to their employee. ->they are not transparent with their employees.every one is dependent on their savings or family members. ->whenever people ask about salaries from their senior manager. they always used to say that. fund from investors are in process since last 4 month we are listening this only. ->poor finance management. don't know what they did with their business income. ->they have deducted tax from employee salaries and not paid to government since last 1 year, due to that all the employee did not able to claim ITR this year(2023). ->they are deducting money to send in sodexo meal card, but since last nov they have not paid sodexo amount to their employee sodexo account. NOTE:- if you get any offer from this company.before joining please get in touch with current employee of blowhorn. so that you will know the company financial situation

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
