There is nothing to like about this company. You won't get paid at all. There is no meaning of the contract they are offering because management never follows the terms and conditions mentioned in that.

Worst management, Nobody cares about your pay. You'll only need to work hard and waist your time as you're not going to learn anything but wasting your time and money. Only one term for them that they are making employees fool.

Nothing really. Becaus the company didn't pay the whole staff except the IT section for 6 months, after which we all voluntarily resigned. I personally ha worked for 12-14 hour each day to keep up with the demadids of the owner Louise Blouin even after which she didn't trust me. Why? Because I am an Indian??

I gave up my social life completely and happily because I liked the work I was doing, but not the people I wa working for, who were disrespectful bd never acknowledged the labour or knowledge I had expended in trying to make the company look good.

...loyees and basically follow "Hero Hour Contract". I am the victim in this case.. Haven't received salary for the past 5 months! And after asking for few times about the payment they directly discontinued my contract in the month of May'19. As they do not have any physical office address located in India, no legal step can be taken against the organization and this is the advantage they are utilizing for all the ex and present employees. Request Naukri to take such steps so that this company cannot post job in their profile.

The work was fine initially but without prividing salary, the managers asked me to take additional work load.

... like about this company. Do not join this company in your worst possible days. They don't pay their employees for months. In a year you may get paid for hardly 4 to 5 months. The wages keep on piling up and the company doesn't care about. The management is the worst. The India Head and the CEO are conducting a huge scam. Your life will be much easier in office than this work from home jobs. Their contracts are just for show. Nobody cares about the terms and conditions. No physical office set up hence you won't be able to demand the pending money. You won't be able to get that either. A portal like Naukri.com should not allow such companies to recruit in Indian market. The COO is the worst behaved human being I have ever come across. Even abuses with foul languages on call. No matter what STAY AWAY.

...just make a fool of Indians. It makes you work like donkeys and doesn't pay you. It doesn't have a physical structure in India so you cannot go anywhere to claim your salary. This company is banned in many countries where it cannot operate because ot doesn't pay its freelancers. I would request naukri to remove this company from its portal so that no other Indian becomes a prey for it. Please take the reviews od other employees also who are working in this company, you can see distress all over.
