Bloom Consultancy is very good company to work only salary is depend on clients payment so gets delayed , Otherwise it’s very good company, Specially Top management is very Good

Poor management. H.R. is just for the namesake. No response to any of your grievances. Salaries are delayed mostly due to the pending bill clearances, but once the bills are cleared by the client they pay all the dues together so it's not an issue.

Bloom is fine working with Bloom is best experience.in our site Team leader is immature.it is not Bloom problem .Here my project is Jcb with CMC . In CMC no any experience staff to Handel senior key professional staff.CMC control administrative part which is very poor overall Bloom is best to work for us.
