Its a Family and Friends business. You won't be recognised or treated right if you are not part of their friend circle. People in the friend circle will move to the top with unbelievably minimum effort. The CTO and his band of friends is on a mission to destroy the company. The worse thing is that the founder is a pretty fair and straight forward man. If he could just open his eyes and see what is happening with what he has built. People are resigning left and right. The only people that will be left after this apocalypse will be the Band of friends. The entire company is now working on a chatgpt generated codebase, which the CTO claims he and one of his friend wrote🤣.

everything, first of all no matter how desperate you are do not join this company ! this cto guy arijit biswas, will ruin you and your friends, he filed a posh against an innocent guy on the floor just because he was talking to me, so if you are specially a bengali woman/man he will hire you but he will say things like can you cook? or he will say he stays alone in his apartment like a bachelor with his 4 years old daughter![so whether you are a guy or a girl , do not join this company! the hr is hopeless! everyone is hopeless no one will help you. barik, arpan will belittle you.

Everything Based on Manger CTO will degrade employees they will interfere on every on personal matters based on the manger buckets hikes and promotion will be given on of the Manger who is currently joined as lead and lead to manger post based on bucket. if he like an employee then only all beneficent else you will be personal target and he will forcefully tell to resign your job. For Hard work nothing only for bucket everything. If this Manager continue with company it will get close in 1 year. he is from odisa only North people prefers no south Indian not able to work here. very work management.
