as far as salary is concerned they pay below what you expect in comparison to other hospital with same qualification. Administration lacks in identifying talent.

Work culture ...... don't like doctor performing clerical work of typing discharge summary, putting investigation , also no separate ward .... whole day wasted in jumping up n down in between floors. Also forced to do free camps on holiday and quality of food provided .....asked several times to eat in langars

No proper breakup of salary...CTC being calculated in different manner..no hierarchy . Every decision changes too fast. Family business so all are involved in every matter.at end as a employee you don't know where r u standing
