While I have appreciated many aspects of my current employer, if I were to write what I dislike here, they should provide some free courses for professional development or workshops to enhance employees' skills further.

Cooperative and healthy environment to grow and learn along with flexible HR policies, also management is punctual towards their obligations as salary is credited on last day of every month with no delay.

Earlier I used to work in MNC'S which are basically service based, but as soon as I joined BLJ I felt a big change. BLJ is a product based company with best work life balance. You get good hike every 6 months. Your work is recognized amd appreciated.

Sometimes you have to work in odd hours, but still it is manageable.
