Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. ...ment is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond 2 year before which you cannot resign .On the job training is not given to new joinees .
