1.Delayed salary (1 month salary hold). 2. Unprofessional seniors. 3. All work to be done by single men 4. You have to execute work, maintain your store, do all accounts and bill works, Quantity surveyor work, like one men army. 5. Your hard work never appreciated. 6. No weakly leave only 24 CL yearly which you cant use.
