The company has very toxic culture. They do not care about employees at all. Higher management takes decisions for you and treat you like puppets. Politics is on another level. Lower level employees suffer the most. All the positive reviews are fake. They ask freshers to give false reviews

There's nothing to like about. People be saying salary is on time, bro you worked hard for it.

Alot of things. Managers doesn't know how to speak. They come from vasai virar and has so poor communication skills. They don't even value your family members. Once there was a emergency at my home and I had to rush to the hospital. When I came back my manager said "tu nhi jaata toh mar jaati kya tere ghar waale". That is how they speak to you. If you are looking for an organisation for temporary time go for it because you won't be able to survive for a longer time.

Good place to work, ample of processes to work in and gain experience. Senior colleagues are helpful, open to opinions and ideas, office space is well maintained.

...ays to be built for what is the next step ahead or next opportunity to be given. Better increment methods to be applied and pay scale should be revised. Trainings to be given for new joinees. And notice period to be served should cut down to one month as there are further commitments for a person to fulfill.
