Blackstraw is the organisation, where it provides good salaries and good work, Sanjay mehta, Vikas sreshta are people leading company, they are good leaders becoz they will support you a lot in point of growing. Sanjay mehta is the person where he will give time in his busy schedules.

This place is f__ed up. Too much internal politics, hierarchy, bureaucracy, non-transparency, mis-communication, gossips. This place is hell if you can't be submissive, create a better solution than your leads, question anything. Too many useless people in teams, only a few really work. If you are those few, find a better place. Would not recommend at all.
