There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary and annual increment is bit on the lower side than its competitors. Career growth is slow.

...politics to get promoted as fresher and experienced of 6 year both are analyst. Very low salary, They use brand name to put pressure on you, as no one wants to leave on bad terms from a big brand like this, but overall it is a backoffice of blackrock USA, only operations and low grade tech roles are there.

...s of seniority rather than the work that is being done and there is favouritism. Salary is below market standards as well.

Dislikes

Employee performance matters a lot and based on the performance review and ratings, one gets promotion or appraisal on year ends. Little bit of bureaucratic structure within the organization. Knowledge wise, growth is limited for an individual as each process is distributed to different teams. Job security is not guaranteed as senior management won't think twice before laying off from work. Even the best folks are fired if they failed to meet performance expectations.

Amazing culture within the firm, seniors and higher management are very supportive and approachable. Work life balance is good. Company provides lots of employee benefits- insurance, cab facility, enough leaves etc.

Dislikes

Pay sometimes is not upto the market standards.
