Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Multiple tasks to accomplish in a dynamic situation. The process is not stable to deliver comprehensive solutions to the clients. Lack of potential freshers recruitment, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

It's a wonderful organization and good culture to work they give more values for employees and senior persons are cooperative. Overall it's almost trusted and amazing organization.

Just one to mention is permanent work from home due to the lack of office infrastructure.

There is no clear communication on the objective to be achieved by an employee and a lack of transparency in business goals. All the decisions are taken by a two-level hierarchy claiming oneself to be a perfectionist without any prior knowledge of the process.
