This company is run by MR. X and MRS. X. One is full of false ego and other one is illogical most of the times. They think that they are God who can treat anyone like they want. They will play dirty mind games by always scolding you on floor that they will terminate you. They are very good in firing their employees.

As blacklight studio is a startup, learning opportunity is very good, each and every day you find new creative things to develop.

Dislikes

Though you have the opportunity to learn new things but by our own, no training, no experience person in the team will able to help you in that. You never gonna have work-life balance.
